Thanks everyone for their help

The homepage is not formatting properly in Firefox, the products are justified to the left. Also the carriage charges is way too big, your company name gets a bit lost amongst it all!

Drift:
Its not to easy to find the phone number, if you need it.
Got it in the end

The only thing was as I use a smaller screen (lap top) and I found the flags at the top took up most of the screen. If you could reduce them and put them on one line it would mean you can see what is on offer with out having to scroll up so much.

Other than that I like it.

TechnoTurkey:
I would def say you dont need half the screen on every page taken up with the flags and delivery charges.

The phone number should also be clearly shown on each page - you want to make it easy for people to get in touch with you!

The product groups also seem to be justified a little too far right.

Best way is to give it some usability testing, the easiest site to use tends to get the most business.  Try competitors sites, find an item and go through the process of buying it, see which site takes the least clicks and the least time to complete the transaction.

Hope thats of some use.
