New Seat Belts

Just fitted some 3-point inertia seat belts in the rear of the Freelander to replace the lap belts that came with the folding bench seat I had fitted.
Firstly I have tested the new belts as per the suppliers note, and they are doing the job they should, do I need to have them tested profesionally?, any ideas who could do this.
Secondly do I need to inform anyone ie, insurance etc etc of change.

Any advice, would be appreciated  :)
