i get paid for working tues/wed/thurs at a civil eng. company doing admin and work unpaid for the rest of the time being servant to Lauren & Jodie (the twins) :lol:

geoff is currently ASBO oops sorry i meant Ass.Pro. (associate professor) at nottm uni in mech. eng. altho' he is being approached for professor at a couple of places - yes he fits the idea of a mad professor - i am looking for leather patches for his jackets and jumpers

Where were you based ?


Initial London... Nine Elms lane then round the corner a Vauxhall Cross. Planned the customer and network circuits using MORI/COPS etc.

Then a move to Glasgow... home... change of pace change of life! Moved into training HR L&D around 95/96 but stayed in Glasgow. Did lot's of time a the C&W College at Coventry...

I work for The National Trust as a Reserve Warden on the Suffolk Coast, the reserve is 2000 acres (10 miles long & 1 mile wide) been here since 1997.

Before that I was a contract warden for 10 years other conservation bodies and working on private estates around the country

i served my time as a diesel fuel injection enginer and worked as such for ten years approx,i then went to work as a project enginer for liebherr earth movers for 4 years got home sick moved back to north yorkshire worked for a demolition company as part of a team looking after the heavy plant.i now work for a leisure company sevicing and repairing motor homes and caravans now in my tenth year..

I'm a Marine Engineer, responsible (along with about 63 others) for keeping the army's aged fleet of landing craft afloat and servicable.

Keep being told though, that being a soldier comes first and my trade comes second, which is why I still have to all the boring military stuff....
