I'm not too up on bleeding them to be honest... someone will be along soo though I'm sure
Tinks:
I put new 6 bolt box on my truck and had the same problem.
I phoned the supplier and ended up speaking to the people that actually recondition them, they said that they are a pain to bleed and make sure you turn the wheel a good 20 times each way, also they said that the boxs are set up in a factory and they can never properly simulate the the vehicle being connected to it so most of them will need to be readjusted once on the vehicle.
i did that and it made not difference so i just phoned the supplier again explained the situation and they said i could adjust the box and it would not affect my warrenty! So I'd give that a go! :D
bombx3:
which adjuster did you turn.the tot allen bolt or the other one
ibexman:
Using a ring spanner loosen the nut then, whilst the spanner is still on the nut, clockwise on the allen bolt, retighten the nut, try the steering out. dont overdo it or else you will lock the steering up.
