heater prob

my heater fan dont work till the rangie has been driven for a while and only starts working when i decelerate and there is a clunk from the heater
question is there a vacume valve in the heater or is it just crap

Range Rover Blues:
Vac valve is for recirculated air, I'd be thinnking the motor was loose or something from what you say.
