swivel ball seal 8mm or 12.5mm?

just in the process of ordering a load of bits from paddock and am confused as i need a swivel kit but there is a choice of two the difference being ball seals one is 8mm and the other 12.5mm which one do i need or which is better?

ive ordered a 12.5mm so fingers crossed its right although no doubt someone will now tell me different lol

Range Rover Blues:
IIRC the later ones had the cr$ppy 8mm seal.
