Disco - Insurance ..... for a 20 year old
JimsMowing:
Make sure the policy pays out the FULL AGREED VALUE incase of a claim. Elephant and a couiple of others that i cant remember right now will not pay out the full value of your car despite what you think you may be entitled to.
It stipulates this in their policies which was brought to my attention last year.
Personally id go f/c and ask for a limited mileage policy. They never ask the mileage on inception or renewal so whos to know if you have done more miles than your policy?

--- Quote from: "landybear" ---It will be fully comp. what about offroad cover? I guess no insurers give a damn if you wrap it round a tree!! as its your fault??

Off road cover is VERY rare. you can get it but!
what is worth noting is, you are insured when on green lanes, as they are still public highways :D therefore all usual traffic laws apply

Adrian Flux are not my best mates at the moment
They are being a bit of an a**e about RRR's claim and given that they charged £550 for an agreed value 'classic' policy I think they should stand by it.
landybear:
Thats not good, I have heard mixed things about Adrian Flux. Am getting on the phone today cos i am home so i will see what happens.

This is true, I went onto confused.com and did a search. Brought up a company called Highway. I pay £350 P/A which is for fully comp and that includes off road use and greenlaning 8)
