AbyssDJ:
you mean 109" shackes? 110"s dont have shackles ;)
do you have any pics of it? that would help you value it a lot
Flimbo:
ok, you know what i mean!
i'll try and get some pictures as soon as i can and get them uploaded.
Needalanny:
Flimbo
why are you giving all those spares away with the LR?

Only reason i ask is it makes me think that the chassis is shot and the engine is on its way out as well as transmission.
What are the condition of the present chassis, engine and transmission?
What are the extras you are giving with it?
Matt
Flimbo:
we bought the landy about 3 1/2 years ago from a local guy.
when we bought it, he gave us everything extra that he had, from another land rover he had stripped down. this is what we will be including in the sale.
the chassis on the land rover we are selling is solid. it is not shot.
the engine starts up everytime, first time, almost instantly. it does not smoke any more than you would expect, infact, it smokes very little. it also sounds very good, as a couple of local garages have mentioned when they have carried out work on it. they were surprised by it.
the transmission is also fine. gears are selected easily, and it does not whine or anything like that.
the simple reason we are including the items, is because we will no longer have any need for them at all. so why hang on to them?
it may be better financially to sell seperately, which is an option, but for ease, we thought of selling as a package.
so no idea's on prices guys? i'll do my best to get my camera back, and get some pictures on here tonight.
thanks.
