REALLY off topic question

(1/2) > >>

bezzabsa:
Does anyone know anything about TRIANG toys? I know  a few people are into collection...just that we have an old TRIANG car and need to know a little more about it - OH and its boxed too.. will throw pic up later..
pps its also battery powered, and about 1950's -early 60's

Range Rover Blues:
Only a ltittle, british manufacturer, went out of business IIRC and might have got merged/bought with something like Airfix or Hornby but don't quote me.

Bishops Finger:
Pre Corgi....?

Probably worth a few Jaffa cakes...  :D

Mudlark:
Tri-ang became Tri-ang Hornby in the mid 60s. Tri-ang had the original 2 rail set up on their railways whilst Hornby used the unrealistic 3 rail system.

I suspect what you have is a Tri-ang Minic Motorway car which was a system developed to go with the Railways

Have a look here     http://www.tri-ang.co.uk/

Jeez you've just taken me back a few years
