have taken front bumper off my landy put a sticky one on the front of the bonnet went through mot 2 weeks ago local offficer said up to indivual TRAFFIC cop to give you a ticket

since doing the winch, i have asked the traffic police bloke who lives opposite (very high up in Thames Valley force) to find out where and how, will keep you posted,  :wink:
