simba:
Does any one know if you can channge the snailcam type brake adjusters on backplate is there a replacement according to haynes its only fulcrum type

datalas:
Well, as far as i know landrover never fitted any other sort other than the big comma shaped versions,  that's not to say that without a suitable amount of determination and ingenuity you couldn't fit something else, but I would be tempted to ask why you'd want to.

greasemonkey:
HI
i thought LR had the screw in type with the 1/4 drive square
my 109 rears had this i am sure
it was a salisbury axle as well
steve

hobbit:
You can get replacement units, you have to break the cam lobe off on the old one then remove the assembly.

Are these what you are looking for?

Although the  listing says front axle, by the looks of it thats a full vehicle set

greasemonkey:
Oh

whats wrong with yours then?
cheers
steve
