Roof Bars

Has anyone taken Roof Bars off a Disco 1 and if you have how???

If u mean the ones that run along the roof, u need to undo the front roof pockets and visors and grap handles (you can do one side at the time for the front) then its a 13mm nyloc nut, easy. you will need to plug the gaps, i welded a bolt onto a plate, with a bit of sponge and mastic and a big washer on the inside they will never leak. the backs should be just as easy.
