Front Fog Lights

Hi all, does anyone know how to change the bulbs in the front fog lights of a 97 300TDI i have got the unit out of the front valance, but it looks like a sealed unit, i have checked the owners handbook, and that tells you "to ensure correct fitting of the bulb entrust the bulb changing to a Land Rover dealer" "Joke right" any help would be great

ive been there many a time

give up now & quote the owner for new lights as soon as you touch them to split the lense of the casing it will fall to bits & there aint nowt to resecure it with,unless u pump a tube of tiger seal into it & grip it in a vice till it sets
