Cherokee winch bumpers

Overpriced???????????? :?
You should look at the cost of a winch bumper for a cherokee and then whats involved to make one
BigSi:
If you do decide to have ago at a pre face-lift bumper, then I for one would be very interest (I wouldn’t of thought that there would be much difference, maybe a little shorter on the corners. But maybe with a little trimming, it should fit).
I’ve seen how much the few jeep winch bumpers cost, and even when importing from the US, the price of shipping costs more than the bumper! So yours looks very attractive!
Littledan:
my mate made his own
thats a defender 90 bumper he heated it up to make the bends on it so it sat well with the bodywork and the welded the bullbar on and i not sure if he did any changes to the way it fitted will ask him

--- Quote from: "Bishops Finger" ---Think it needs to stick out more at the corners of the wings...maybe a tad overpriced as well..apart from that looks good

There made to be streamline on the front corners to improve the turning circle, as for price your looking around £700+ to import a bumper from the states. so my bumper is very cheap if you count 2 skilled engineers working on 1 bumper for 6 hours then the price of steel, running costs of a plasme cutter, mig welders bla bla bla. + overheads. theres not alot of profit in them, beleive me. thanks for your feedback though il take it into consideration. :D :D :D
