Your best best is to find a dead FSO Caro van/pickup ? this has a pug 1.8 mated to a decent gearbox.

The vitara also came as a commercial van with pug TD engine mated to a gearbox could try and find a crashed one of these.

But apart from that i think Rhino Ray does a mega expensive conversion kit ....£1800...ouch.

Also look on difflock.com someone was doing a conversion with an LDV box.

If you go on Difflock.com - Suzuki section and put a "iam fitting a ford diesel lump in an SJ advice please " type thread there are a couple of people who have done it and will help.
Shouldnt be to much trouble as you will just need the engine and box out of a Sierra/P100.Only trouble is these are heavy and the gearbox is fairly long

As i said before i know a couple of people who have done the Pug conversion using the box out of an LDV van.
