GC alarm

Try, www.birtydastardsjeepclub.com. There seems to be a lot of knowledge over there. They helped me out a treat recently.

Thanks both of you.
I figured out that the central locking doesn't work if I use the key in the driver's door so yesterday I locked the other doors with the driver's door button then used the key to lock it, I am not sure if the alarm was set or not ( that dog's never there when I need him).
When I get time I will get the dog or SWMBO to sit inside while I play and try to figure it all out.
The owners manual is helpful Alane, thanks again, but they only talk about the immobiliser not the alarm. Is the alarm just on UK cars do you think ?
There are several helpful tips though... my favourite is the one which tells you that you are liable for any re-painting of the bodywork due to branch scratches etc whilst offroading.... that isn't covered in the warranty

I detect a hint of history here ... can we make sure that the history stays out of this :) [removes worried moderator hat]

Sorry admin if there is some sort of problem. I am new to here and the other forum so have no history with either  My humble apologies.
