Hi Mate,
Got a V6 myself and saw you got gas on yours, whats it like mpg wise and how long have you had it on there, any probs at all.
thinking about going down that road on mine but trying to justify the cost as i dont do that many miles.
Any comments or advice would be most welcome
Cheers Ferret

How does everyone know where Im going to be when I dont know where I am myself :D (Nor where Ive been most days)
Mine had a system when I bought it....older system with 2 ecus that erent talking to each other (Beware Shardlow Land Rover), so had it replaced under warranty after many arguments. New systems are much simpler and far better overall....
New system fitted by heanor autogas (derbyshire just off M1) who did an excellent job ....Gas kicks in automatically after a minute or 2 (runs on petrol before that) warm up and and you dont notice any difference....On ATs I get average of 45mpg (money equivalent compared to running on petrol when everything took into consideration) with MTs this goes down to about 40mpg.
Cant fault the system at all but cant really give too many details without digging paperwork out (me and paperwork dont go) but if you need anymore info let me know....

I got a bit disalusioned with the LPG option on my RRC. It's OK if you live close to a supply of LPG, however I had a 7 mile round trip each time I needed to fill up in Sheffield, then I would only get about 100 to 140 miles max out of the tanks. The other places I went to like North Wales and the Lake District have very few outlets and you end up driving several miles to re fill.
Check out ease of availability before you opt for the LPG option.
