discovered that the owner of the account died without a [heir] hence

money is floating and if
I do not remit this money out urgently it will be forfeited for
nothing.The
owner of this account
is Mr Peterson A Patman, a foreigner, and a sailor,and he died, since
1993.

investigation proved to me as well that Mr Peterson A Patman until his

I don't give out my bank details for less than 13 million, so that comes just under that threshold. For any less it's just not worth typing out the digits. Premature wear on the number keys and on my fingertips and all that.

This guy has asked me to find someone to transfer the 6 mil to. He says that it should be a foreigner so welsh should be OK, but if your not interested then I will take my search elsewhere.
  He is taking a great risk by doing this and this is how you repay his trust?!
