300 Tdi conversion into a 110 TD

Get as many bits of pipe as you can lay your hands on (if they're cheap) to make the connections between the snorkel (if fitted) the air box, the turbo to the intercooler and the intercooler to the inlet manifold. Also probably need to make the water pipe fit too. This was the hardest part and most time consuming part, especially the metal pipe to join plastic pipes together. (although I was fitting a 200tdi, maybe a 300 is different?)

--- Quote from: "Poprivit-RRC" ---Thanks for the info and i will give them a call. If anyone else has any details of a TD to 300 TDI conversion that they have done i would be interested to have a look or get some pics and an idea of the extra bits i will require.

I'm doing that on my project 90 The simpleest solution i found was to use the old 2.5td mounts on the 300tdi engine If you want any further info PM me and I'll send you my mobile and talk you through it
