Temp sensors

Tango:
Can someone tell me what the difference is between the 2 temp sensors for the 2.5 TD lump. as one says GREEN and one says YELLOW!!!!!! Im wondering if I have the wrong one on mine as my engine had a rebuild. It now has a green cylinder head. What would happen  if you used the wrong one on the other head. Thanks for your help on this

Can someone please post me the differnce in spec between the yellow and the green temp sensor. Which one has a higer level of resistence and so on thanks
