Heating Strips for rear window

Hello,

 the heating strips on the rear window have gone in the middle, thougth the bottom and top ones still work.

I've checked out Paddocks but they seem to only do the whole window with the heated strips. Not keen on replacing the intire window if possible, so does anyone know where if possible I can just buy the strips?

I don't think you can.

If the strips are just broken, you used to be able to get like a touch-up paint which allowed to to effect a 'repair' of the wires.

I have also seen a stick on type of strip system which you can add to normal glass, but the systems I saw were awful, and left much of the window obscured or blurred.
