(1/1)

mud knight:
got alarm box wet and muddy, so washed and cleaned and dried over night. refitted this morning but the imobaliser is working so hence cant start it. nothing works off the fob but will lock and set alarm when using key. have phoned remote alarms in sutton coldfield but he doesnot work on sunday  help please

hobbit:
You can tap a feed from the battery to the switch terminal on the starter motor to get it going, bit fiddley, and dont touch the engine

If this the same alarm as on my 200

Range Rover Blues:
If the car is locked with the fob then you cannpt disarm it with the key IIRC

mud-club-matty:
if u lock it with key fob and unlock it with the key apranatly is just the same as a fob

J.D.:
If it is the same problem as I had on mine, I called the AA out. If it is a Cat3 alarm, under the steering column (take the flappy bit of plastic off), there will be the main ignition wire with another wire joining it, if you disconnect that wire and reconnect the main ignition wire together it should start according to the AA.
