computer experts of the forum, if my pc starts up closes down starts up closes down thats not good is it?
was fine until yesterday now its on the blink again, if i switch off at the mains it will start up and stay on but when you try to open a program it restarts again :shock:
anti virus software is upto date and running firewall is on etc

suggestions please

if its any help it downloaded a widows security update yesterday as well, whether its a coincidence that its playing about now i,m not sure

Yep... the probs i had the other week were after a microsoft update was installed.

Maybe try running windows restore and see what happens then.

It's not full of dust and the processor is overheating is it?
