The eliseparts one is uprated (as per comments) and the stuff they sell is very highly regarded by the elise (rover k series) community including me. I would not judge it based on the colour of the seal, however I appreciate your comments are besed on experiance and I have not needed a HGF so can not comment 100% about this item.

Hi carbore long time no speak, totally agree a good source of parts.... the "latest" fix for the gasket problem is two gaskets not a single one, this is the Payen version..

well freebie back on the road with oil and water now staying separate :shock: :D
price includding some belts bolts fluids £544 :shock: :cry:
so wondered what others have paid for there gasket failures.
