200TDi Common or not?

Yes it was Jim.  Although only for a short period if I recall correctly.  I'm not fussed if it's a factory fitted engine or not, as long as it has been fitted properly to a manual gearbox.

I didnt think that it was ever factory fitted in a rrc either !! :? The only diesel they fitted in them  was the 2.4 and 2.5 vms.

But theres plenty of 200 tdi conversions around!

Oh, and if they never fitted the TDi, then what are these soft dash factory 300TDis that you see coming up?  :P

Yep, it replaced the 2.5 VM  in Nov 1992 up to March 1994 when they fitted a 300 tdi  :wink:
