Rattling sun roof visor

Anyone know how to stop the sun roof visor from rattling? It's driving me mental! (Moverick 2.7 lwb)

SWEETY:
I put some norseal it's like the foam sticky stuf you put under sinks on my visors only needed a 10mm square on the iner corners & it shut up the chater
