OK got it back today and all is now as it should be. The dealer couldn't fix it so took it to Guy Salmon in Chesterfield who did the business. I think they had to align each wheel in some way, which sounds like a complex tracking procedure to me.

Next job is to get a second key and alarm fob as it only came with one and they can't find who lost it.
