Was that the lane to Coldharbour, from near the Wotton Hatch?  Looks great.

I had a bit of a play on the way to work, was odd wheelspining with MT's on and in low box!

yep i've eaten my words.. then went out to play! i was kinda trying to tempt fate a bit, looks like it worked :D not LOADS of snow, but on the other hand not bad either, especially compared with what we usually get around here ie SOD ALL!

however, someone also dumped a load of crap in the entrance to one of the lanes, which was quite bloody annoying  it hadnt been there long (you can tell from the pic) and i THINK we might have seen the person that did it... a guy drove past a few times with an estate car full of pallets... slowed down but drove on when he saw us. £20 says its him... Just started snowing here again. Still snowed in from yesterday. My gf's dad managed to get out yesterday by getting one of the local farmers to pull him up the steep bit of track with his tractor. Then he went to pick up his Shogun that's been away for repairs. Coming back down the track he was sliding sideways! Had to pull his Disco out of the ditch yesterday due to a failed attempt to get out!

Supposed to be going greenlaning up in North Wales tomorrow, don't think I'll be able to go now :(

Nothing to talk about in the Kings Lynn area.
We were waiting all Thursday morning for the arrival of the white stuff.
Snow ploughs attached to the loaded gritters standing at the ready.
But it just didn't happen.
Ploughs now off.
All hopes shattered.

Off to play in the mud on Sunday with the  dirty cow.  :D  :D  :D  :D

Only a few inches where I live.

At the moment I'm working at Vyrnwy and we had 5 inches yesterday.
It started snowing today at 1.00pm and it snowed another 5 inches by 4.00pm.

10 inches of snow in the pics below

Still snowed in here, though we had rain during the night and some of it has started to thaw. The gf's dad tried to get his Shogun out to get to the pub, but ended up stuck in a drift. So he's abandoned that, and walked to his Disco which was at the top of the lane from when he collected the Shogun. Then he rang to tell us the road is lethal too!

So now we've got drifts and a Shogun preventing us from getting out. Doh.

Just walked up to where he got stuck. He's actually right over to the side, and I reckon I could just about squeeze through the gap. Though knowing my luck I'd either slide across and hit his motor, or end up stuck myself. So another day stuck in the house!
