Headlamp washers?

Just been out to my disco, and the headlamp washers are leaking, to the point where the washer bottle is empty, the pump is not running there just leaking under gravity, any ideas? im sure there is a valve somwhere, anybody had the same?

Took mine off, stuck a bolt in the end of the hose with a jubilee clip around it.
