285/75/16 tyres

I have the chance of some General Grabber AT2 tyres size 285/75/16, I am putting a 1 1/2" - 2" lift on my car soon and can do a camel cut but what other mods will I need to fit these tyres on, I am after putting them on my original alloys (XS deep dish), if the list is too great I will pay a bit more and get 235/85/16 instead
