I HAVE A 1993 RR WITH 200000 ON THE CLOCK AND THE 200 TDI ENGINE BLOCK IS PAINTED GOLD DO THEY COME FROM FACTORY THIS COLOUR OR IS A RECON MOTOR.

Range Rover Blues:
Recon, a gold-seal engine would be a nice thing to find.

Guardian.:
could be a 'proper' genuine recon, few quids worth if it is.

Its just i pressure washed engine and could see engine block was a gold colour and it pulls very well for a rr with this mileage on it.You can see that its not brushed on paint.
