Just some words of encouragement, 6yrs back when I was 16st (not good for a 15yr old) I managed to loose 6 stone in just under a year, so it can be done! Keep up the good work!

have been looking through, but some weird and wacky recipes in there!! lol
need to lose another 4 stone or more, so i'm gonna keep plugging at it!!

How do you do a reverse diet? I am constantly trying to hit 10stone but never make it. I get close then the weight falls off and back down to just over 9stone :(
Well done though all of you who have lost weight. In news the other day lipo suction has increased big time on the number of people having it to loose weight fast. Cant be good for you :?

get married - have kids, and become a hgv driver - worked for me!!
also hitting the big 4-0 didnt exactly help either!!!
