td5 prop on to 300tdi
Budgie:
If you get the one that Devon have for sale then they are the right length, although I made up a spacer for mine as the +3" lift made the length a bit tight.
See the Workshop for the drawing and photos. :D
Wizard makes them now and sells them through his Ebay shop.
I've not looked at the prices but I understand it's nearly as cheap to have one made toy the lenght you want. If you do a search on here for "Double Cardon" or "Double Cardan" then you'll find links to places that will make to order.
DiscoCWK:
I looked at the TD5 prop set up for the front of my 300TDI (as it would bind on full droop), but in the end I bought a 30 degree wide angle prop from Gwyn Lewis and it turns freely with both wheels at full droop. Details at the link below:

Budgie:
The wide angle props are a good option when you don't have the caster corrected radius arms fitted.
If you lift the suspension and want the steering to feel like it did before the lift then most owners correct the caster angle of the front axle by fitting the corrected radius arms.
This raises the nose of the diff and alters the angles at which the front propshaft U/Js work at.
Normally this alteration sets up a vibration or pulsing as one U/J is working at the limit of it's rotation and the other is nearly straight.
In this situation then the Cardan prop is the best one to fit as it lessens the angle at the transfer box end and cancels out the pulsing.
If you fit a wide angle prop in this situation then it wont have any effect as the U/Js will still be operating at the same angles as they were on the standard prop and the resulting vibration/pulsing will still be there.
Range Rover Blues:
PLus the Cardan joint, being a double UJ works at large angles, without the inherent stress of a single wide-angle joint. Mine will run at slightly less than twice the angle of a normal UJ, not sure if that's quite 30 degrees but it will do that all day long.
