I must say that I agree with Richmond Council.....

However they have got it back to front.  They should be encouraging people not to drive high emission cars by making it cheaper to park them.

I wonder how many of the 47% who voted for it were thinking 4x4 and now find their people carrier or Mondeo fall into the same category   :roll:
