D40 WINCH BUMPERS, AND SILL PROTECTORS

Well, its taken a while, but heres the look of the beast, i have drawn it up in Proengineer, there are a couple of brackets, and a radiator protection plate/ guard.
You will need to cut the front bumper plastic, to leave the upper part below headlights, and grill, and the inner wheel arch mud covers will need to be trimmed, but apart from that is a bolt on fit.
Fog lights bolt staight back in, and its ready to except low profile winchs, with fairlead holes.
Doing finishing touches to HD sill protectors.

Next suspension lift system.  :twisted:
