Hi all, have just been confirmed as taking part in a Recovery course run by HBRO club.  :D

Has anyone else done this or similar course, what can I expect  :shock:

I'm pretty sure I'll get a bit muddy  :lol:

Its happening 14th November can't wait.  :D
