WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<< < (7/14) > >>

Agaman:
Lee futher to your earlier posting the swear word used as a title cannot be termed a mild referance .Take the time to look up the definition in a dictionary.Iam as broad minded as the next ,having spent the first 15 yrs of my working life on the buildings ,but it specificly states no swaering  and you failed to moderate this offencife term .This forum is acessable by minors and so to prevent any further abusive or ofencive  language being used Iam making a polite but very firm stand

Thrasher:
Normally such words would be removed by the word filter. But I am not going to use that for the moment, let's just see if everyone can moderate their own language :)

Also, Remco is Dutch...so please bear with him <grin>

Also, when you signed up you clicked to say you were over 13...maybe I should change it <grin>

BrumLee:
Jerry

Your note has been acted on and I am not sole moderator on this forum. Your point was acted on as soon as you made it, and the author apologised.

The word is one of the first words most youngters repeatedly say when first starting to talk.

Depending in which part of the world you are there are different meanings:

 A wretch; -- sometimes used humorously or in playful disparagement.

 One who installs electronic bugs.

strapping young lad:
hang on there is no need to be petty here, its a free club, a lot of you know why it was setup so lets not start another post whinge.

jerry fair comment but as neil says, you have to be 13 or over to sign here.  and ive yet to meet a kid that age who does not swear.

young uns under 10 may not understand their implications but the older they get the more they understand and at 13 i hope they do.

i doubt burger (-r +g) is as offensive as words such as .. well you know which ones i mean.

some people dont like hearing swear words, some dont mind it (like myself) but if i didnt like it i would ignore it, its a choice we all have.

besides if you arent happy with things take it off group and discuss privately with lee not publicly as it can get other people's backs up.

just as green laning

tread carefully

this forum is a bit of fun for everyone i hope not a soapbox.

wifey:
dan, dan dan...
