Contact your local LEA (where you live, not where you're studying). Their website will have contact details. I believe you can apply online centrally at the Student Loans Company; they then pass the info to the LEA and coordinate all the relevant payments.
The loan is good value as the interest rate isn't that much above inflation. So it's not actually costing you much. Some people used to get the loan, stick it all straight in a high interest account, and pocket the difference; I don't know if it's financially worthwhile to do that any more.

Whats even better is that now I am teacher in a shortage subject the goverment will pay my loan back over 10 years :lol:

well the plan is to get an appernitiship (spellin sorry no good at it) in a tattoo studio so i will be taugh how to tattoo, draw, manage and own my own bissness, start my own bissness up, pirceing
buts its going to cost me £4500!!!! and its going to take as long as it stakes basicly cos u cant just learnt to tattoo in a week i would ay max about 7/10 years
cant i got o the bank and find out?
