Kingpin Bearing...HELP!!

<< < (2/2)

Dan2020:
Ok mate, Difflock and Suzuki Tech it is!!

There is a BSL near me so I'll take them there tomorrow and see if they can fit new.  On the bearing its says "JAPAN 00 NTN 4T 30302" I'm guessing this is a size code so they can match it.

glaggs:
Find a proper bearing supplier, rather than a Motor trade dealer, take the old bearing in and they should be able to match it at a fraction of the price of Suzuki ones. If you spend a lot of time in water and mud its also worth trying to find a boat dealer and treating the new bearings to a coat of water proof grease. Special stuff that is designed not to wash out when submerged in water for a long period of time.

Dan2020:
Cheers for the help guys.  I got all for bearings for £40 from BSL, easy to fit too!!

Turns out that this wasn't the entire problem but all sorted now. :D
