how can I send an e-mail or pm to another member? or do I have to open a subject?
Please can a moderator help me.

See at the bottom left of my post there is a small box with pm writen on?
Click that and it will send me a pm
I've sent you a pm with some more details in  :wink:

You can either go to your messages by clicking "You have no new messages" at the top of the screen, then start a new message ("New Post") and type in the member's name where it asks for the Username;  or you can find a post by that member and click the "PM" button at the bottom of their post.
