Matts place is about 15 mins from my house and the process seems very labour intensive. He was struggling to get the steel for the wheels i wanted about 18 months ago.
His offroad racers are awesome though i have no idea how big the market is.

and werent there reports on here of some of them breaking?  maybe he was worried about that?
