Wouldn't it be nice if we realy could get a government which actually looked after the countries interests.
All he current one is interested in, is it's place in history. (probably go down as the biggest national disaster since Boudica lost the axle grease for her chariot).
I agree with just about every thing you have said, and look foreward with interest to where you go with this. I think you could well have a lot of support.

I have to say that, though in some items I couldn't disagree more with you, I do have to admire the drive behind your post.
Most of us will gripe, moan and generally be grumpy, but do not have the energy, the time, or simply the will to do anything. On that alone, you deserve recognition.

similarly, whilst i disagree on some of your points, at least you have an opinion and are happy to give reasons for your views, and want to do something about it.
I'll keep an eye out for the website when it's up and running - there could be a few good debates to be had.
If only a few more people would care about this great country we live in!

Here Here. There are more than a few issues alone in what you have said and I dont agree with it all but bravo.
As for caring for this country. I think its gone beyond that point for a lot of people now. I vote and watch the elections and political situations for the country I've been accepted as a citizen of, not the UK. AFAIK I'm past caring and not a whole lot can actually be done. Far too many people who stand to benefit from things staying as they are now. Which leads me to wonder if the only two ways out arent to leave or become on of the 'elite' somehow.
