Well here we go, after a year of not been in a 4x4 and having no fun, im on the look out for a disco tdi do some some mods on and go green laning and what ever else comes along in the years to come,

so today, ive been offered

1997 'R' Plated 300 tdi 5 disco 'ES' full mot, some history and just over 100k

should i be tempted at a price of £2500?

If you do get it, change all the belts as the 300 tdis have a odd belt arrangement that is likely to fail if not serviced properly.  Check the rad water make sure heads not porous and that there is no excessive pressure build up in the rocker cover when running.
