well after  what seems an eternity (just over a week  :lol: ) i now have a nice shiney disco 300 tdi  :D  :D

138 on the clock 5 door and i got it cheap ,i couldnt bring it home with me as it was lined up for auction and buried 5 deep ... i wouldnt normally buy without driving it but i know the trader :wink:  loads of work been done on it and no manky inner wings or rear cross member :lol:

I didn't think the Discovery 2 suffered corrosion problems like the Discovery 1?

That's what I was wondering.  So he's bought a Discovery 1...  Still a good motor, still personally prefer the D2 mind. ;)
