Hapy new year all,
Put a picture of my discovery in my profile so you can see it =]
Would jut like to know how can i remove them grey transfers from the side of my discovery as they are an eyesore! Would a hair dryer do the trick?
And would perspex be a quick fix for the broken sunroof as i need to use it next weekend?
Kind Regards and may you all have a great new year!

MudRat:
Boiling water then remove the residue with thinners.

I tried the boiling water today but tried to put it on with both a sponge and throwing it on but the transfers would not move even thought they had air bubbles. Anyone got any suggestions cause they look even worse now !

I am the Manager of a commercial repair/repaint shop and we have to remove large transfers all the time, the best method is using a paint heat gun but you have to be very careful not to scorch the paint.  If we are not going to repaint the area we use a wall paper steam stripper, it won't damage your paint and they will peel off fairly easily, you will have to use a little thinners on a rag to remove any excess glue left over.  :D

blade:
how about trying an angle grinder that should get them off

if this fails try a hot air gun
