Wiring for dummies - please help

Merry Christmas all.

I have a J plate disco and bought a light bar, with four spots on, from the sodbury sortout. It is fitted however I need to wire it.

I would like to do the following if possible.

Have them run from full beam against the normal switch on the stalk
be able to turn them on independantly for night laning
be able to have them off completley for the MOT.

any guidance would be very welcome as I feel a n Xmas beak project looming.

That's how i'm having mine.  You need a headlight switch, 3 position.

I'l have one wire going to the instrument backlights so they come on with the sidelights
One wire going to the main beam/driving lights
the final wire would go to the spot lamp relay, then it woudl be Off/Main beam only/on with sidelights

Aye I forgot to point out the MOT issue of having them like that, but thats mainly as mine are to double as front work lights too :) Given that evben the Vitara high-beam is pretty poor to work with.
