Excellent song but only 4m 31s
Sweet child o mine.....5m 55s thats the one for me

'Justice In Ontario' (Steve Earle) must be about 5'30" though??
Naah  4m 43s but also excellent tune 'back to the wall' is 5m 28s   :D   :D

Dont cry (orig) is track 4  (illusion 1) 4m44s (bit special to me + g/f)
:(biglove):  (Track 4 theory- Track 4 is the best on the album)
Patience  is 5m53s a classic but not really a driving song

Garin:
Nantucket sleigh ride by Mountain

freeagent:
The Men They Couldn't Hang's cover of 'the green fields of France' about 8 mins long, saw them sing it live on friday, for around the 12th time, and still brings a tear to my eye...

otherwise.... Salva Mia by Faithless... the best Dance/ House record ever made...

or one of those epic Guns'n'Roses tracks...

...or Master of Puppets by Metallica...

...god, theres loads isn't there....

annabelle:
"In-a Gadda-da-Vida" by Iron Butterfly is a full side of an LP, near enough 15 mins I believe...........it is a psych epic from the late '60's.  "The Glorious Om Riff"  over 7 mins - Steve Hillage, from the classic "Green" album, and the "Lemon Song" - Led Zeppelin 6 mins 19 seconds, amazing!  I'm not really an old hippy!

I certainly do, I saw him live when he was on the promotional tour for 'Exit 0', a fantastic gig
He was on stage for about 4hours!!!!

Most memorable song??
He started singing (Springsteens) 'Racing in The Streets' & it segu-ed into 'Sweet Little 66'
Great!!!

I've still got the 12" of that & got to agree it is bl**dy wonderful

I remember John Peel playing it in one of his 'Festive 50s' & commenting along the lines of;
"It's the barely suppressed anger that makes it such a great track"
