i was thinking of doing this, with filters intended for big diesels, like those in my dads boat.
basically, an electric fuel pump, a water trap, a course gauze type filter and then a finer one, 200 micron as you say.
if i can get the oil for free, i can afford to spend money on the system.

i wouldnt run it 100% during the winter. summer, maybe, but not when its this cold.
