I have just read the link and am gobsmacked.This guy is a prize di*k. I've been in the Job for nearly 16 years and I have never heard of anyone who is that stupid!
Perhaps worth forwarding it onto all the Offroad mags, countryside mags, environmental groups and perhaps the Sunday papers! I'm sure The Sun would pick up on the thread just for the chance to make someone look stupid.
Fingers crossed that Boggert's mates can visit the little arse. The last bloke I did for flytipping got £500 fine plus costs, and lost his job as a result.

Will do I've printed up intel forms with all his details, photos, e-mail and graps of the posts he made... I have a mate at Bourne Nik and i'll talk to him Monday, will pass his detail to the intel officer there, if anyone managed to find an address for him on the net could you PM it to me and I'll get my mate to check it out for a flat bed or pick up transit or anything simular...... ect
