Does anyone have any idea's which speakers would be a direct replacement (size and depth) to fit into a 1998 300 Discovery?  Looking for fronts and rears, leave the tweeters, they look a nightmare to replace.

I've swapped the head unit out for a Kenwood MP3 (nothing fancy), wired up the sub, and it to be honest, things still sound rather poor.  I don't need some big bling ICE setup, but if I could swap out the speakers without re-cutting etc., that would suit me fine.

Suggestions etc. appreciated.  :wink:

jake,s put some bigger ones in the rear of his and i think he,s replaced the fronts as well might be worth dropping him a pm

Thanks Neal - ideally I want better than those originally installed, but I may drop Jake a message to get the sizes etc.

I'm hoping people like Kenwood/Alpine etc. make a speaker which is not going to break the bank, and it the same size as those already installed.

15 cm front and rear but you'll need to make some mounts for the rear.  easy done with som e1" strip and some pop rivvvvvvvits
